I’m a firm believer that what we put in our organism is crucial, and reflects on our mood and performance, both mentally and physically. If you share my position, you can skip the first chapter. It is for people I call healthy-food-deniers.

Meaty and information-dense part of the books starts from chapter two where you’ll find yourself making notes. A lot of notes. And that’s where my problems start (see ‘highlights’ section below).

Probably last non-fiction audiobook I’ll ever listen. Inability to quickly make notes is a deal-breaker. I regret not reading it on paper or screen.
